Series Question: Our purpose is powerful, but what climate will enable it to grow?

A teaming climate is working together with all our hearts to offer Jesus in an irresistible way.

1. Doing church as a team is how God does church.
*Ephesians 3:8-11
*Church is a volunteer movement and Jesus was the first volunteer.
*You are a "10" at something.
*Using your gifts you will experience a maximum effectiveness and a minimum weariness.
*In your gifts there is amazing joy and accelerated growth.
*It will take every one of us to show all of Jesus to our city and beyond.

2. If we do it together with heart others will see and want Jesus
*Philippians 2:5-7
*Philippians 2:14-16
*The joy of serving is the heart behind it all.
*Everything we do is connected with a soul.
*By serving each of us preaches Jesus the best way we know how.
*We honor the word of God by making it interesting.
*We partner together to reach your friends for Christ.
